The one in Limon we booked (a Veragua Rainforest Tour) was cancelled by Shore Excursioneer because they told us the private tour operators were not allowed to take cruise ship passengers to the Rainforest. Shore Excursioneer would only refund the deposit and told us we had to contact the local operator for the rest of the refund. This is impossible to to do as we have no contact details. Also all of our arrangements were through Shore Excursioneer.
